Our quality control process begins with the selection of raw materials. All incoming steel is verified for chemical composition and mechanical properties before production. Coating Thickness Gauge
Corrosion resistance is key to extending the lifespan of the tower. We use a coating thickness gauge to accurately measure the thickness of the galvanized layer, strictly adhering to international standards. Through scientific monitoring, we ensure that every product has excellent corrosion resistance and protection, maintaining long-term stable operation in various harsh climates.

Salt Spray Test and Hardness Tester
To verify product durability, we conduct salt spray tests to simulate long-term environmental corrosion and use a hardness tester to test surface strength. The dual testing method comprehensively evaluates the material's corrosion resistance and wear resistance, ensuring that the product maintains superior reliability and safety even under extreme weather conditions and high-intensity use.
