Our This Four-Legged Steel Tubular Tower is specifically designed for 110kV–330kV power transmission lines, featuring a unique single-sided cross-arm installation. This specialized structure allows for efficient use of space and is ideal for power grids requiring a streamlined design to fit narrow corridors or urban environments. The absence of a right-side cross-arm reduces material usage while maintaining structural integrity, offering a cost-effective and lightweight solution without compromising performance.

Base and Vertical Members
· Similar to the symmetrical model, this tower utilizes four tubular steel legs arranged in a four-corner configuration. Each leg is fabricated from high-strength, galvanized steel to guarantee durability and strength. However, this design introduces an asymmetry in the cross-arm configuration, which is intentional to optimize material usage and streamline installation in space-restricted corridors.
Unique Asymmetrical Cross-Arm Configuration
· In this model, crossarms are installed only on the left side of the tower. The left-side crossarm is designed to support the transmission lines and associated insulators, while the right side remains clear.
This selective installation reduces the overall weight and material cost, while still meeting the mechanical and electrical performance requirements. The single-sided crossarm is engineered with reinforced joints and is securely anchored to the vertical legs to ensure stability and proper load transfer.

Bracing System
· Diagonal braces are incorporated between the vertical pipes to resist lateral forces, ensuring the tower’s stability during high winds and other dynamic forces. The bracing is designed to prevent twisting and maintain the integrity of the structure.
Surface Treatment
· The entire tower is galvanized to provide corrosion resistance, extending the tower’s lifespan in environments where exposure to moisture, salts, and chemicals is common, such as coastal areas or industrial zones.
Applications
· Designed for medium to high-voltage transmission (110kV–330kV) in space-constrained or urban environments. Its streamlined, single-sided cross-arm design optimizes material usage and reduces wind resistance, offering an efficient and cost-effective solution for modern power corridors.
