Design and Construction

Construction Phase
1. Raw material procurement
All raw materials are purchased from well-known steel mills to ensure that the material quality meets national standards. After the materials enter the factory, they are strictly inspected to ensure that there are no defects or rust.
2. Processing technology
The processing of the gantry mainly includes cutting, welding, drilling and surface treatment. CNC cutting equipment is used to ensure accurate dimensions; in the welding process, automatic welding robots are used to ensure uniform and firm welds; in the drilling process, high-precision drilling equipment is used to ensure accurate hole positions; finally, hot-dip galvanizing is performed to improve corrosion resistance.
3. On - site installation
oFoundation treatment: reinforce the foundation, dig the foundation pit, pour the concrete foundation, and embed the foundation bolts.
● Column installation: Transport the gantry columns to the site, use lifting equipment to erect the columns and fix them on the foundation bolts to ensure verticality and stability.
● Main beam installation: transport the main beam to the site, use lifting equipment to lift the main beam and fix it on the column, ensuring the levelness and firm connection.
● Secondary structure installation: Install secondary beams and supporting structures to ensure the stability and safety of the overall structure.
● Node reinforcement: Reinforce all connection nodes to ensure the firmness of bolts and welding parts.
● Protective construction: After the structure is installed, the anti-corrosion coating is applied to ensure the protective effect.
